If the rider requested feedback on a recording, log in via a computer or tablet to ridesum.com (select “Login trainer” in the top right corner). Use the same login as for the mobile app. Chose the current rider and click on the video link. A new window will open and now you can watch the recording. The rider may have password-protection on the recording and have specified it in” Messages”. After watching the recording click on” Write feedback”. Submit your feedback and send it to the rider.
