When training digitally, log in to Ridesum.com via computer or tablet (click on “Log in trainer” in the upper right corner). Log in using your e-mail and password (same as in the mobile app). Choose the current session and click on “Start session”. During the session you may write down your feedback in the box right next to the streaming, this may be sent to the rider right after the lesson is over. The rider will receive your feedback right as you send it. The feedback is not visible to anyone but the rider.
